    1. Peel the bananas and add them to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
    2. Blend until completely smooth.
    3. Pour the banana mixture into popsicle molds and insert a popsicle stick.
    4. Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours or until frozen solid. This may take between 4hours - overnight.
    5. When the popsicles are frozen solid remove them from the mold by running the outside of the mold under hot water for 30-1 minute.
    6. Serve immediately.
