Heat the Biscoff spread and almond milk in a small saucepan over a medium heat, stirring constantly to ensure the spread doesn’t stick and burn.
Continue to heat until the spread has completely melted.
Remove from the heat.
Froth the milk mixture with an immersion blender or a milk frother.
Add one espresso shot to a mug.
Pour the hot Biscoff milk into the mug.
