    My healthy English muffin pizzas are an easy recipe for the whole family. Topped with flavorful sauce, gooey cheese, and your favorite toppings!

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 175 C

    2. Open muffins in half and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet.
    3. Spread ½ - 2 tablespoons sauce over each muffin half.
    4. Add 1 tablespoon cheese to each.
    5. Add any toppings you prefer.
    6. Top with the other 1 tablespoon cheese.
    7. Bake in oven for about 10-12 minutes, watching as you go and taking out when just beginning to brown. If you like them crispier then bake until browning on top.
