    1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F / 180 C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Set aside.

    2. Add all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. 

    3. Stir, by hand, until well combined.

    4. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop mixture into tablespoon-sized mounds on the prepared baking tray.

    5. Place into the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

    6. Remove and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
