    There’s nothing better than starting my day with a thick, creamy, and refreshing Vegan Smoothie Bowl. My recipe is packed with fiber, natural sweetness, and a variety of nutrients, making it the perfect healthy breakfast or snack. Plus, it’s easy to make and completely dairy-free.

    1. Put frozen fruit into a blender.

    2. Pulse to chop into small pieces, you almost want it shredded. Make sure you pulse and not blend so that it doesn't get stuck.

    3. Add the milk and nut butter if using.

    4. Blend or pulse on low while stopping to move the mixture around. If you have a vitamix, the tamper will work well for this. Do not blend on high or the heat will melt the mixture.

    5. Once it is the consistency of a thick frozen yogurt, pour into a bowl and serve topped with the toppings you want!
