Start your mornings off right with my easy, healthy overnight Weetabix recipe! I've created a base recipe that you can customize with 7 different flavor options ranging from indulgent Biscoff or Oreo, to fresh tropical and mixed berries. Great for meal prep too!

Weetabix Base:

Crush the weetabix biscuits into a container.
Pour over the maple syrup and milk. Stir to combine.
Press down to form an even layer.
Top with sliced banana.
In a separate bowl mix together the yogurt and melted biscoff spread.
Spread in an even layer over the sliced bananas and finish with crushed biscoff cookies.
Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
Serve and enjoy.
