Instructions
Directions: Defrost your peas in the microwave (using the defrost or steam setting). Alternatively, you can steam them over the stovetop: Add the peas to a small saucepan with a little bit of water, simmer on medium-low heat until cooked through. Cut your paneer into 1/2-1 inch cubes. Spray a large pan with olive oil cooking spray. Heat over medium heat and add paneer cubes to the pan. Saute the paneer cubes in the pan until lightly golden brown on all sides (stir and flip the paneer throughout the cooking process so that all the sides get lightly golden). Once the paneer cubes are cooked, add in the entire jar of the vegan tikka masala sauce, and add in the peas. Heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes until all of the ingredients are combined and cooked through. Season to taste with salt and a dash of curry powder for additional spice (optional). Top with cilantro leaves. Serve with rice or naan.
