Bruschetta Burrata

0 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 180 C. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, set aside.
1 Slice the baguette into 12 x ¼ inch thick slices.
2 Brush both sides of the baguette slices with oil and arrange on prepared trays.
3 Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
4 Rotate the trays and turn the bread slices half way through the baking process (at the 10 minute mark) to ensure even cooking.
5 Set aside to cool.
6 Arrange the crostini on a serving platter.
7 Evenly divide the sliced burrata cheese, diced tomatoes and shredded basil leaves between the prepared crostini.
8 Season with cracked pepper, salt and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
9 Enjoy immediately.
