Instructions
Warm the Maya Kaimal's Everyday Chana in a large pot on the stove - about 2-3 minutes Add the frozen spinach and stir through until warmed - about 2-3 minutes Add in the coconut milk, diced green chiles, salt, curry powder, crushed red pepper, and chickpeas and stir to combine. Bring to a boil and once at a gentle boil, turn the heat to low, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve with rice, naan, and garnish with cilantro and sliced chiles (optional).
