Ultimate Grilled Cheese With Pickles (Tangy & Delicious!)

0 Pat the sliced dill pickles dry with kitchen paper towel and set aside.
1 Assemble the sandwiches by placing two slices of bread on a cutting board. 
2 Spread a layer of mayo on each slice.
3 Layer the sliced pickles and cheddar cheese over top of the mayo.
4 Top each sandwich with remaining bread slices.
5 Butter the outside of each sandwich with the softened butter.
6 Heat a skillet over low-medium heat.
7 Place the sandwiches on the skillet, buttered side down, and cook for approximately 3-5 minutes or until the bread is lightly golden.
8 Using a spatula gently flip the sandwiches over, continue to cook until the other side is lightly golden and the cheese has started to melt.
9 Remove, cut in half and serve immediately.
