This easy heart-shaped quesadilla lunchbox is a fun way to turn a simple lunch into something your kids will actually be excited to eat! A simple meal with whole wheat tortilla, cheese, and your kids' favorite sides.
1. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
2. Add the shredded cheese to one half of the whole wheat tortilla.
3. Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape.
4. Cook the quesadilla in the prepared skillet until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
5. Remove the cooked quesadilla from the skillet and, using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out heart shapes.
6. Place the heart-shaped quesadilla pieces into a lunchbox. Add a combination of fresh fruits, vegetables, or your kids' favorite crunchy snacks. Optionally, include some guacamole for dipping the quesadilla.
