If you love the unicorn aesthetic, you will love my unicorn popcorn. I use fluffy popcorn, colorful candy melts, and bright pink food spray. This is what I make when I need something sweet on the tongue AND the eyes. I make this in just 18 minutes, making it ideal for last-minute rainbow fun. The crunchy texture, combined with a creamy candy coating and cheerful sprinkles, takes a classic to mythical new heights!

0 Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and spread the cooked popcorn in an even layer over both trays.
1 Lightly spray the popcorn with pink food spray. 
2 Allow the spray to dry, turn the popcorn over and spray the other side of the popcorn.
3 While the food spray is drying place the candy melts into separate microwave safe bowls.
4 Heat in 30 second bursts, stirring in between each burst of heat, until fully melted.
5 Scoop half of the melted candy into a piping bag or ziplock bag, snip a small hole in the end, and drizzle over the popcorn.
6 Allow the candy melts to set.
7 Toss the popcorn, heat remaining candy melts in the microwave and repeat.
8 Sprinkle with unicorn sprinkles and let it dry before tossing one final time.
9 Serve and enjoy!
