White Chocolate Hazelnut Spread (Creamy White Nutella)

0 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F / 180 C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
1 Spread the hazelnuts in an even layer over the prepared baking sheet.
2 Roast in the oven for 10 minutes or until the hazelnuts become fragrant and the skins begin to split.
3 Remove and place the roasted hazelnuts into a clean tea towel and rub to remove the skins.
4 Discard the skins and place the hazelnuts into a high speed food processor.
5 Blend until it forms a smooth paste. This may take up to 5 minutes, stopping throughout to scrape down the edges with a rubber spatula.
6 Add remaining ingredients.
7 Continue to blend for 5 minutes or until smooth and no lumps are remaining.
8 Remove and store in a jar in a cool dry place.
