Easy Pull Apart Bread Pizza

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each slice of whole wheat bread into 3 triangles, giving you 12 pieces total. Arrange the triangles in a circle on the baking sheet, with the pointed ends toward the center and the wider ends facing outward. Slightly overlap them so they form one pull-apart pizza base. Spread the pizza sauce over the bread, then top evenly with mozzarella, bell pepper, tomatoes, onion and spinach. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, if using. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the exposed edges of the bread are golden and crisp. Finish with fresh basil, pull apart, and enjoy!
